How to "Nudge" a Developer on LGED
If a developer isn’t getting back to you on a task, you can “nudge” them on LGED. Nudging them will send them an email “nudging” them to get on it.

To prevent photos from being blurry, you want them roughly 600X400 pixels (landscape).
If you are on WordPress, and use the Media Uploader, the backend will automatically generate copies of your image in multiple sizes. There a few that are already predefined, plus you can define other sizes if you need to: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-create-additional-image-sizes-in-wordpress/
We have 1 package that we are actively selling, which is expert blogging. It consists of 2 600 word blog posts per month, which are based on an interview that the writer has with the therapist. 1 interview covers 2 posts. This is really their expertise shining through, not us writing. The price is $167 per month.
Before the developer can set up the terms of service page, you must create a terms of service. Below are the steps on how to do so (thanks to Dave for helping me learn!)
1. Go to http://www.freeprivacypolicy.com
2. Login with username: admin@page1pros.org and password: 848624
3. Click “Create Another ToS Agreement Now”
4. Fill out form – see attached screenshots for what to select
5. Click submit
6. Send login information to developer, so they can create a landing page (that opens in a new window) and a nav item in the footer.
For STWP clients that didn’t sign up during November, do we automatically charge them for the theme? And if we already have the theme (canvas for example) we charge them $39, correct? If not, we purchase the theme and charge the client for it.
For those on the official waiting list, we should give them the bonus, IF they got on the waiting list prior to that Tuesday — November 5th.
For all others, yes, charge cost of theme if we don’t have full use of it, and if we already have license to use on a bunch of sites, charge $39.
Hey PCs,
Just a quick reminder – when logging time for STWP clients in LGED, be sure to select “STW-Project Coordinator” rather than “Project Coordinator.”
During the PC meeting, we discussed needing to determine which themes we have licensure over (which means multiple time usage) and which are only one time usage. If you know, please post below in the comments. I will do research and add to this as well.
Pre-designed themes to make the theme selection process easier.
Ideas: 3 different background textures (solid, gradient & overlays), 3 different paths (nature – soothing, conflict/problem or hope), 10 total themes for clients to look at
Is it possible to change the LGED notification e-mails so they’re not coming from Becky and reference the project better? I know the project is in the subject field, but it is difficult to sort these from “real” e-mails from Becky.
I think since Becky is the ‘owner’ on LGED, then the emails have to come from her. :-/
its possible, but may require some work. Are we hosting activecollab ourselves, or is it in the cloud?

Juan did this for DrSarahAllen.com — all with one Wysija account. There’s a technical work around. Please help and document the procedure.

Ok, I tried looking for the knowledge base page I read a while ago that explained this very well, but couldnt find it. It sank to the bottom of the internet 🙁
So im attaching a pdf I made to explain it. Its self-explanatory I believe, but any doubts let me know.
http://practicebuildingbook.com/tut.pdf
Its in the practicebuildingbook ftp because I cannot upload files here, not sure why (maybe a permissions setup problem).
Good luck!
@Dave – can you please edit this post and tag it with mailpoet as that is the new name. People wont’ search on Wysija going forward.
