How to Send a Theme to the Developer
1. Once you purchase a theme, download it.
2. Then, you can either upload the file to LGED for the developer, or send an email with the download link to the developer to install.

1. If it’s in Elegant themes, login with our userid (Username: page1pros
Password: iengoy6o) and download it. We pay a quarterly fee to belong to this. **CHARGE the client the retail amount by entering the price in LGED as an EXPENSE.**
2. If not Elegant themes, then buy it with the Page1pros paypal account or with the P!P credit card. **CHARGE the client the amount we paid by entering the price in LGED as an EXPENSE.**

1. Click Projects Tab >> Project
2. On far right, click ‘+New Project’
3. Enter the name Website.com – Client Name (if its a STWP client, add ‘STWP mmyy’)
4. Select the Category – ‘Current P1P’
5. Under ‘Client’ scroll down to ‘new’ and enter Client Name
6. Click ‘Create Project’
If there isn’t a specific task assigned to you, and you are just adding time to a project, this is how:

1. Select the project
2. Go to ‘Time and Expenses’
3. Click ‘Log Time’
4. Enter the amount of time
5. Select the type of work (i.e. writing, project coordination, etc)
6. Enter summary of work done
7. Make sure correct date is selected
8. Make sure your name is selected
9. Mark it as ‘Billable’
10. Click ‘Log Time’
If someone is having trouble recording their time one a project, then they probably do not have correct project permissions. This is how you change that:

2. In far right bottom corner, select ‘Manage People on this Project’
3. Edit her permissions by clicking the gear
4. Select ‘Custom Permissions’
5. Click the gear
6. Select ‘Access and Create’
7. Click ‘Save Changes’

1. Sign into Google Analytics using client’s login info
2. The UA code should be listed next to the website on the dashboard
When clients join the program, they need to be added to the member’s area so that they can see all videos.

2. From the Dashboard, go to Wishlist Member
3. Select Members
4. Click ‘Add New Member’
5. Give them a username – First Name and Last Name (ex: Meagan Vitek)
6. Enter name and email address
7. Enter a password – do firstnamelastname (ex: meaganvitek)
8. Select Membership Level – ‘Smart Program’
9. Click add member
10. Email the person with the link (www.counselingwise.com/members-login), their username and their password

3. Click on the Stop Watch
4. Enter the total time & a summary (if desired)
5. Select ‘billable’ unless its something that is not billable

3. Click ‘Add People’
4. Start typing in their name & select person
5. Select Custom Permissions – and choose permission level

7. Now they are added to the project and you can assign tasks to them
