Setting Client Expectations re Design Work

Hi PCs,

I just talked to a client who gave us a description of a header she wanted, and was upset by what we gave her as a first draft. I haven’t seen what we delivered. I only see what she had done by a designer after she didn’t like what we did.

Our developers are very much NOT designers and we don’t want clients expecting that we’re going to deliver beautiful graphics in their header.

Please set proper expectations, and offer these options for them to have someone create graphic-rich website headers of they want one:
