Billing for STWP Projects

PCs – I think there is confusion re billable vs not billable time for STWP projects. I’m going through monthly billing and have noticed a couple of projects that have STWP time marked as NOT Billable.

Just so you know, in this new project format, ALL time should be marked billable. We credit their invoice with the $500 they initially paid, but all time is BILLABLE. Nothing is included in a fixed price amount, at this juncture.
