For the blog service, Laura Olsen is the lead writer and she would coordinate, but most likely, one of the other writers would do the interview and the writing.
The cost is as follows:

It’s $167 for 2, twice that for 4, or $250 for 3.

The process takes a month. There are four stages that should take a week each: 1 – Set-up, confirm, and hold interview; 2 – write rough drafts, send to client for review; 3 – receive rough drafts from client; 4 – write final article, send for editing/proofreading, publish, notify client article is live.
