Licensing Issues- Please comment!!

Hi guys! So this is an issue that got brought up today regarding template files and how many times we are allowed to use them or if we do need to download or purchase them every time. I have just been using the same file for every site and I did not even think about licensing, so I read through the legal documents and this is what I found. Developers- any input from you guys would be great!!

1. Elegant Themes

I am assuming this means we can use one file unlimitedly?? AKA we don’t need to download a file every time?

2. Organic Themes

So yes, this means we don’t have to purchase the Seed theme every time.. right?

3. ThemeForest

So this means we DO have to buy a theme every time, yes??

 

So Organic and Elegant unlimited use, ThemeForest one time only?
